“We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ.” – Colossians 1:28
We have been challenged to be a true disciple by: Loving, living, serving, giving, and then passing that on to the next generation. Come and grow…then be ready to give back!
All men are invited, regardless of their stage of life. Men’s ministry also includes a yearly Men’s Camp, Men’s Breakfasts throughout the year and a variety of different Male Hub Groups.
In our Male Hub groups, we see men connecting and being challenged in their walk with the Lord. Men are not designed to do life on our own – living without accountability, encouragement, discipline and perseverance. A hub made of 3 – 4 men meeting once a week (or a time determined by the group) is a great space for these to take place.
Paul wrote to Timothy in 1 Timothy 2:8, that he wanted “the men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or argument.” This is significant because Paul is advocating for men to pray, worship, and lead the church in peace. In other words, men—just like women—are essential to the mission of the church.
