Transformation First
(Matt 28:18-20; Rom 12:2; 2Cor 3:18(*); 2Cor 5:17; Ez 36:26; Phil 1:6)
– We will prioritize transformation as the foundation of all ministry
– Discipleship is the pathway to transformation and will we will make it primary in our lives
– We will tell stories of transformation, not numbers, to communicate results

Kingdom over Empire
(Matthew 6:33; 2Cor 9:6-8; Matt 25:13-40; 1Cor 3:5-9)
– We will steward resources for the sake of others to the glory of God
– We will choose to embrace generosity by living open handed instead of tight fisted
– We will join local initiatives and seek partnerships where Jesus is at work

Mutuality
(Ecc 4:7-12; 2 Cor 5:11-21; Phil 2:1-11; 1Cor 13:1-7; Eph 4:1-16; Gal 3:26-29; Gal 4:6-7; 1Pet 3:8-12)
– We will regard one another as family because of what God has done
– We will live as people of reconciliation choosing to love and forgive
– We will pursue humility, unity, and servant-heartedness in relationships with each other

Spirit Empowered Living
(Gal 5:16-26, John 10:10, Acts 1;8, Romans 8, 1 Cor 12:1-11; John 14:12-17; Eph 3:20-21)
– We will depend on the Holy Spirit’s empowerment to live the abundant life Jesus came to give
– We will use our Spirit-given gifts to serve one another and build each other up
– We will rely on the Holy Spirit to accomplish more than anyone could ask for or imagine
